Terms of Service.

Quote requests submitted through this website — via the request-a-quote wizard, contact form, email or phone — are estimates only, based on the information and reference material provided at the time. A final price, timeline and specification are confirmed in writing before any commission begins.

By uploading photographs, sketches, temple drawings or 3D files as commission reference, you confirm you have the right to share that material with us for the purpose of producing your commission. We use uploaded reference solely to scope, sculpt and finish the piece you've commissioned.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of a commissioned piece transfers to the client on full payment and delivery. Digital sculpt files, moulds and masters produced during the process remain the property of VigrahaShala unless a separate agreement transfers them.

Payment terms, delivery timelines and any milestone/deposit structure are confirmed per-commission in a written quote or agreement, not fixed by this page. Requested changes after work has begun may affect price and timeline and will be communicated before proceeding.

This website and its content are provided for the purpose of learning about VigrahaShala's work and requesting a commission or quote. Content on this site, including photographs of past work, may not be reproduced without permission.

We take care in producing and packaging every commission, but are not liable for damage occurring after a piece leaves our custody during third-party shipping or installation, except where agreed otherwise in a specific commission contract.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to VigrahaShala's place of business, to be confirmed and finalised by counsel before this page is relied on in production.
